• Vegetables

One of the best ways to control health problems associated with blood type A positive is to consume plenty of raw vegetables, fresh, pure and organic. 

Vegetables such as sprouts, tofu, lentils, radishes, cabbage, green vegetables, Tempe, celery, very important for people who have blood type A positive. These vegetables are a source of antioxidants, enzymes and minerals your body needs. Garlic, broccoli, spinach, onions, squash, kale, etc., is a useful vegetable known to boost the immune system.


Avoid vegetables like cabbage, mushroom, potato, pepper, eggplant, sweet potatoes, olives, tomatoes and sweet potatoes. These vegetables have an adverse effect on the digestive system.


• Poultry & Meat


Chicken, turkey and other fowl easily digested by people with blood type A positive and hence, can be included in the diet.

• Seafood

Seafood is the most beneficial diet for people with blood type A positive is mackerel, grouper, red snapper, salmon, snails, bass, herring and others.

Avoid Seafood like lobster, oysters, crabs, octopus, beluga, bluefish, eel, and shrimp.

• Seasonings & Spices

There are certain foods that may cause some negative and positive effects on our bodies. The right combination of herbs and spices can boost the immune system, but also can inhibit the immune system.

Avoid pepper, vinegar, capers, plain gelatin, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, pickle relish and mayonnaise.
Blackstrap molasses, ginger, garlic and soy sauce, very good for the immune system.

• Drinks


Alcohol-based beverages such as beer, soft drinks, distilled, and black tea does not support the immune system, because they are difficult to digest, and therefore should be avoided.


One cup of coffee or green tea a day can help increase the secretion of acid in the stomach and thereby improving digestion. Other drinks that are good for the stomach is aloe vera and ginger.

Many studies have shown that consumption of red wine (one drink a day) can help improve the immune system in people with blood type A positive.
